Mike Mason admits he would not be where he is today without the strong loyalty of his customers. Mason, operator of Mikey’s General Sales and Repair in Timmins, has been in business for over 17 years. "We're where we are today because of the loyalty of our customers," Mason said. "The majority of our business is with repeat customers." Mason attributes the high degree of return business in part to the strong commitment he and his staff have to customer service. "Customer service is very important to us," he said.

"It’s something that is constantly stressed." Mason also takes pride in contributing whenever and wherever he can to the community.
